Product Warranty
⭐️All electronic products (Bike computer, lights) from Superbiker.hk provide 1 yr warranty, improper use is not covered.
⭐️Folding bike, e-scooter, e-bike, e-skateboard provide 1 yr manufacture's warranty against original defects in material and workmanship. (24 months for EU customers)
⭐️E-scooter, e-bike, e-skateboard warranty covers use in light rain and driving through puddles on the ground, but not immersion in water or exposure to heavy rain for extended periods (amber, red, black or typhoons). Use under these conditions will invalidate the warranty.
Warranty period for wearing parts:
- ✅Battery : Under normal conditions of use, the warranty will be valid for 6 months in the event of battery failure, charging failure, or low autonomy.
- ✅Motor : 6-month warranty in the event of motor failure under normal conditions of use.
- ✅Controller : 6 month warranty in case of controller failure under normal use conditions.
- ✅Charger : Guarantee of 6 months .
- ✅Tires : 3 months for cracks and deformation of hard (dimpled) tires under normal use conditions. Tube tires are not covered by warranty.
- ✅Brakes / brake handles / brake cables : 3 months warranty under normal use.
- ✅Accelerator : 3 month warranty under normal use.
- ✅Buzzer : 6 month warranty under normal use.
- ✅Electronic lock : 3 month warranty under normal use.
- ✅Steering column : 3 month warranty under normal use.
- ✅Lights (frontal, rear, braking) 3 month warranty in case of normal use.
